Return and Exchange Policy:
We’re really hoping you will be as obsessed with our bags as much as we are, but if you don’t absolutely LOVE your m+v bag within 14 days of carrier delivery, shoot us an email! We will take care of you! Returned bags must be unused and in original condition and packaging for a refund. Return postage is paid for by customer. Clearance, sale, and personal care beauty items are final sale & exempt from returns/exchanges. moxie+verve reserves the right to deny any returns not sent back in the original condition.

We want happy customers, so we have a one year warranty on our products to ensure against material and workmanship defects. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (e.g. zipper wear). While our bags are designed to carry all of your necessities, overloading your bag may result in unnecessary stress on the straps and zippers, thereby voiding the manufacturer warranty.
